I rate the yoga classes, which I have now taken part in several times on Mondays. First of all, I have to say that the location is just great, in the middle of Höchst's old town in an old building is the practice room with high ceilings. You immediately feel comfortable when you enter the room and distance yourself from everyday life. Regarding the lessons: I found that the teacher always gave the lessons a great deal of variety and well-founded knowledge, and that even beginners felt that they were in good hands. So far I've always come out of the session deeply relaxed and satisfied, the sore muscles came later. All in all a great location & top class, so far still an insider tip.
