Bikram Yoga Studio Hamburg

I don't think calling this place a bikram yoga studio is accurate. The studio does provide hot yoga, but it's not nearly as hot as how bikram should be. As a yogi who has done bikram in 4 different countries, this is the worst studio condition I have ever experienced. But the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

It’s perfect to have a Bikram Yoga studio right here in my neighborhood. The studio is wonderful, clean and mixed gender which I really like... super friendly people and teacher!

I think the name says it all at Your Yoga Studio. For me personally it is the place where I found a home for my yoga. Staying in the studio regularly not only makes me feel good physically. Through the yoga classes I also feel strengthened internally. Maybe it's because of the different yoga courses that are offered here. Because the varied course schedule helps me a lot to visit the studio on days when I used to not exercise. I would like to emphasize in a particularly positive way how much appreciation and attention everyone is treated here. It doesn't matter whether you come often or for the first time. This creates a particularly warm atmosphere. Therefore, I can really recommend the studio to everyone!

Your Yoga is a wonderful studio! The rooms there are super comfortable with a special charm and the teachers are all very, very good and experienced. You always have the feeling of being in good hands there. The atmosphere is special and everyone is super friendly and responds to each student very individually, you can tell that they are led with a lot of dedication. The Bikram class is an incredibly valuable experience with all the teachers and after initially trying a few studios in Hamburg, just so much the best studio. There is a nice big room with cute skylights and windows on the walls which makes it so bright and pretty but is also very handy for Bikram with the two mirrored walls. The Yin Yoga class is also a special experience, I've never been so relaxed, you always leave with such a good feeling.

In the Corona situation, I came across Your Yoga by chance, broadcast the courses online and was absolutely thrilled. Yoga is practiced there with a lot of love and heart, beginners are treated with care and the more than 20 years of practice of the studio owner Judith can be felt in full. You immediately feel in good hands. Due to the different types of yoga, everyone can find "their" yoga. The exercises are also easy for the older generation to master. Just great.
