i like the studio Book now and then via Urban Sports and depending on who runs the course, it's a lot of fun or just a little. :-) I really like Heidi's lessons because everything fits here for me; the pace, corrections where necessary, varied lessons and I always reach my limits - keep it up!

Innersmile Yoga studio is a more wonderful place to learn and practice yoga! So far I've met three trainers and I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality, the approach and the competence! I look forward to these yoga classes every time - and feel like a new person when I go out. The beautiful furnishings and the atmosphere of the room also contribute to an all-round successful visit.

Was on a retreat with Steffi and I can only say: anytime again! She picks you up whether you are a beginner, getting back into it or have been doing yoga for years. With so much love and charm, but also positive energy and the right sense of humor, every single asana is incredibly fun! A big thank you! It was so nice!

Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars. For many years I have been happy that this beautiful place exists. Great yoga teachers, an incredibly beautiful space and an atmosphere where everyone immediately feels welcome. Thanks for all that!

Probably the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever practiced in. A beautiful room that makes you feel at home straight away. All yoga teachers are wholeheartedly involved and it's a great community. The yoga teachers are all very well trained and super helpful. The hours are engaging and there are helpful hands-on adjustments and instructions. The studio has everything a good yoga studio needs! All aids (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters) are available. There are very good rental mats and these are even included in the price. I can really recommend this studio to everyone.
