Not only for hot yoga fans! Great range of different classes. The teachers are always there for you if you have questions or problems, they are nice and considerate. Very spacious studio and great atmosphere.

Finally Bikram Yoga again! Super nice teachers, good guidance and a great studio - bright, spacious, welcoming and cozy. A place to arrive and feel good and very warm teachers. Varied timetable, there is something for everyone. An absolute recommendation.

I was there for the first time today with a friend and we were thrilled. First, I would like to describe this separately from the Bikram yoga class. Such special types of sport should be evaluated by each individual as suitable or unsuitable for them personally. So I would like to evaluate the studio purely objectively based on my experiences. I do a lot of sport and try out new things very often, i.e. I try out various sports and visit the appropriate studios/facilities. The studio is very easy to find due to the large sign outside. You are greeted in a friendly manner and even our names were immediately noted, so that a direct address could take place during the lesson. I myself give personal training and I think it is very important to remember the names of my clients and, above all, to praise them for the work they have done - this was also done. Before the yoga class started, everything was explained to us in detail and we were told what to look out for so that the heat doesn’t make us nauseous. The studio is very clean, has a spacious changing room, as well as showers and the possibility to rent towels and mats. I think it's great that the studio allows you to take classes if you're an Urban Sports Club member. So it really is a well-deserved 5 stars! Namaste!

5 card was unused except for 2 hours - could not perceive the remaining hours due to illness. After the deadline, NONE of the remaining 3 hours could be transferred. Offer was 1 of the hours with condition to buy a new card. Without any willingness to cooperate. I wouldn't recommend it after the experience - I'm going back to the city for Bikram Yoga, much more personable!

I've been doing Bikram Yoga for a good four years now and it really grabbed me. Little by little my back loosened. I no longer have headaches or back pain. At first I would not have thought it possible that I long for the warm yoga room not only on cold winter days, but also in the warm summer :-). With their studio, Yuka and Lennart have created a very special place where you can meet many new, nice and open-minded people. I really like coming here - great atmosphere, great teachers, nice, bright rooms and the topic of sustainability plays a major role in the overall concept of the two owners (from the furnishings to the energy supply).
