Beautiful studio on quiet side street overlooking the green. The coaches do a great job, are super friendly and you feel right away and very well taken care of! I can only recommend it!

For me, the best alternative to gym. 75 minutes of strengthening, stretch and relaxation in a beautiful atmosphere is just right for me! 👍

I love the yoga classes at Mattenplatz! The teachers are awesome. the classes are fun- sometimes challenging, sometimes relaxing. I've always felt so welcome. A solid 5 stars! I am there all the time!

I'm very, very happy with the mat space! Great courses - professionally and friendly guided and challenging for me as a participant. I love starting my weekend with Friday Morning Yoga or Sound Bath Mediation! Thank you that you exist!
