I've been doing pilarobics and pilates on the mat with jazz for almost a year. The size of the course is very pleasant, as she always tries to correct us and get us moving further for more effectiveness of the exercises. In addition, the small aerobic part is a good and relaxed way to warm up. The Pilates reformer training with Jörg is also highly recommended, as it makes training on the mat easier.
In addition, the studio is central, very nice and bright.
I still enjoy going to the courses! :)
