I've been doing pilarobics and pilates on the mat with jazz for almost a year. The size of the course is very pleasant, as she always tries to correct us and get us moving further for more effectiveness of the exercises. In addition, the small aerobic part is a good and relaxed way to warm up. The Pilates reformer training with Jörg is also highly recommended, as it makes training on the mat easier.
In addition, the studio is central, very nice and bright.

Thanks to Jazz, I rediscovered my abdominal muscles and no longer have back pain. A very good Pilates trainer who pays attention to each individual participant and challenges you beyond your own comfort zone with charm and ease. After the course I feel strengthened and happy. Mats are there and provided free of charge. I'm already looking forward to the next lesson and really enjoy going there regularly.

Beautiful studio and very nice trainer. Since the courses have a maximum number of 6 people, the trainer Jazz can respond to individual needs and correct incorrect explanations. I did Pilates here for the first time and now go there regularly, so it's also suitable for beginners.

I signed up for a Pilarobics course there and adjusted my working hours especially under stress. The course should start at 6 p.m. From 5:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. I stood in front of a dark, locked door at minus 1 degree, and nobody could be reached on the telephone number, and nobody answered the bell either. I was frozen through and drove sour, and found out at home that I was checked in as a participant (urban sports)! So I will be charged for this "visit". Super unprofessional and insanely bad style.
