One of my absolute favorite yoga studios. You just feel comfortable and a little at home. Freda is a super great yoga teacher and her voice just relaxes you :) It feels incredibly good to attend the Kundalini or Yin Yoga class once a week. I love it!

Lima is a very nice place to do yoga. It's easy to get there and even though it's in the ski jump, it's quiet there. There are many different offers and the atmosphere is relaxed, you immediately feel at home there. Freda is a great teacher, she knows a lot, has a lot of teaching experience and a very pleasant, calm voice. She responds to every student and can always offer alternatives if someone cannot do an exercise due to some restrictions.

The best address in Hamburg to do yoga! The Yoga-Jieper offer is great, not only the courses with different yoga styles, but also the specials, workshops and weekends are highly recommended. For me, Freda is the best yoga teacher I know. Unfortunately, I moved away from Hamburg and miss the yoga practice with and with her very much.
