Meditation Mit Mirco

What I particularly appreciated about the course with Mirco is the personal framework that he creates there. With Mirco, I felt how passionate he is about what he is doing and how, based on his personal story, he strongly recommends that we make meditation an integral part of everyday life. However, without being intrusive, but always with the emphasis that we do it for ourselves. Personally, I find this type/his type very pleasant, on the one hand to really learn something and, on the other hand, to really take to heart and implement the things I learned during the course. That's why I thank you, dear Mirco, for the great experience and I'm sure that meditating will accompany me in the long term.

I have been meditating twice a day since the meditation course 3 months ago. I notice great health and mental improvements. Thank you for the introduction to meditation! Even after the meditation course, you can continue to exchange experiences and questions with Mirco. I can recommend it to everybody!
