Om Und Company

My partner and I love going to Om & Company (we go there through Wellpass), especially Pilates on Fridays with Sabine! 😊 the instructors are super nice and really know what they are doing, I do miss the old studio a bit, and hope that we are able to move back soon.

I really like the studio, but had a very frustrating experience today when I arrived 5 minutes later for an early morning class and the door was already locked with no opportunity to get in.. Nobody responded to the door bell. After getting up so early to make it at 7.30 and coming all the way from across the city, that has really ruined my day.

One of my favorite studios! Super nice trainers and a pleasant atmosphere, everyone is there with their hearts. Usually visit Sabine's Pilates class. I always feel good :)

2023 Unfortunately, the studio has moved, but this is not properly communicated. First a small sign on the neon pink lettering draws attention to it. Then you have to walk a good 10 minutes and then you can't find it because it's not well signposted. Therefore see the pictures attached. I would also like it if it was pointed out that there is no changing room, no tea. Normally everything is fine, but I'm just not 20 anymore. The room that belongs to the church community is perfect for the practice but much too warm for me. . Great for beginners, but I expect a feeling of energy after an hour because 2 years of online yoga shape it. Far too far away for me now. 3 years ago I was only with Pia.. . I wish the studio every success 💪💪💪 and yes, it's a shame 😑 2020. Nice little studio.. Great teachers e.g. Pia small classes everything very very clean 👍

Lessons are regularly (several times a week) canceled or postponed, so it was hardly possible to get my ticket in such a short time. Had to postpone my plans because of that. Too bad I won't be back.
