My partner and I love going to Om & Company (we go there through Wellpass), especially Pilates on Fridays with Sabine! 😊 the instructors are super nice and really know what they are doing, I do miss the old studio a bit, and hope that we are able to move back soon.

I really like the studio, but had a very frustrating experience today when I arrived 5 minutes later for an early morning class and the door was already locked with no opportunity to get in.. Nobody responded to the door bell. After getting up so early to make it at 7.30 and coming all the way from across the city, that has really ruined my day.

One of my favorite studios! Super nice trainers and a pleasant atmosphere, everyone is there with their hearts. Usually visit Sabine's Pilates class. I always feel good :)

2023 Unfortunately, the studio has moved, but this is not properly communicated. First a small sign on the neon pink lettering draws attention to it. Then you have to walk a good 10 minutes and then you can't find it because it's not well signposted. Therefore see the pictures attached. I would also like it if it was pointed out that there is no changing room, no tea. Normally everything is fine, but I'm just not 20 anymore. The room that belongs to the church community is perfect for the practice but much too warm for me. . Great for beginners, but I expect a feeling of energy after an hour because 2 years of online yoga shape it. Far too far away for me now. 3 years ago I was only with Pia.. . I wish the studio every success 💪💪💪 and yes, it's a shame 😑 2020. Nice little studio.. Great teachers e.g. Pia small classes everything very very clean 👍

Lessons are regularly (several times a week) canceled or postponed, so it was hardly possible to get my ticket in such a short time. Had to postpone my plans because of that. Too bad I won't be back.

Snowed in for Pilates - and loved it! Uncomplicated and flexible booking of the courses, pleasant atmosphere, well-trained trainers with charisma and an eye for the trainees (correction in the event of incorrect posture, unfortunately the exercise sometimes becomes more strenuous). In short: OM and Company has my full recommendation and I always enjoy coming to the training!

Super comfortable and clean studio. Uncomplicated and quick registration, special thanks to Benedetta, who responded optimally to yoga beginners like me and made you feel good. Always a pleasure!

Yoga & Wine was a great event and we are happy to have been a part of it (and continue to be in the future). The yoga class with Laura was an absolute highlight. The studio is highly recommended!

Great lessons - with exceptionally good teachers who teach with heart and humor. The atmosphere is very personal, you get to talk to each other. And feels very good. It's great that there is finally a studio in the Au that offers such a varied schedule (yoga and Pilates).

Beautiful new studio, which was furnished with a lot of love. In the current situation, I really enjoy attending the online courses. So far I have attended the classes of Laura, Jessi and Jodi and they were all just great. Hopefully we can take part in the lessons again soon in the studio.

Very lovingly furnished new studio in the Au, with a great, large exercise room. Laura, the owner of the studio, gives a great Morning Flow Yoga class (others are sure, but I've only been to Morning Flow so far) :-)

I can wholeheartedly recommend the studio! Great team, great lessons, everything clean and well maintained! Big thanks to Laura, I'll be back anytime I'm in Munich!
