I've always enjoyed my time at Svaira Yoga studio. The atmosphere is heavenly and the teachers ensure you're practicing the asanas properly, which is deeply appreciated. I can also highly recommend Laura, I've only taken her classes (due to a better fit with my schedule) and her energy has always brought a peaceful ambiance into the studio.

I like the atmosphere in the studio, where everyone can concentrate on themselves and the group atmosphere is motivating at the same time. Laura is a wonderful and competent teacher who responds to individual needs and always gives you useful background knowledge as to which exercises are useful for what. You can also use relaxation exercises outside of the yoga class, for example. It doesn't get boring either, as Laura has a different focus every week. She also offers different classes with different levels of experience and focus, so there is something for everyone.
f Laura is absent, she usually has a very good replacement, so you don't have to worry that the weekly yoga practice will be canceled for a longer period of time.

Best small yoga studio in Munich. Laura has been with me as a teacher for 6 years and when I think about everything that has changed in my body for the better in the last 6 years, it's amazing. I started wanting to do yoga mainly because of tension migraines and now it's much more than that. Laura can also respond to everyone very individually, since the groups are very small, and if you have aches and pains in some areas, she always gives tips on how to do it can do the exercises differently.
