Yoga On Kos

One evening we go to Therma. These are natural hot springs, which the Greeks themselves use to relax and enjoy.
During your yoga retreat in Greece you’ll start the day with an active Hatha session in the morning. The afternoon yoga will be a relaxing Yin yoga session. On the last evening we go to Hippocrates Altis, close to the Asklepion for a sunset meditation. This is the sacred place of Hippocrates, Father of Medicine who was born on Kos. The unique atmosphere will make it a special and unforgettable experience.
