When Flex first opened it doors in 2005, our aim was to offer an extensive range of classes run by a team of highly qualified professionals. We wanted our clients to achieve a noticeable improvement in their health and wellbeing including increased flexibility, mobility, tone and strength. More than a decade later, we have not only broadened our repertoire of classes to include more forms of Pilates, yoga, Xtend Barre and fitness, but we have also opened a second studio in Central, expanded to include FlexKids and now offer such additional services as Clinical Pilates, physiotherapy and remedial massage. At Flex Studio, healthy and sustainable fitness is key to everything we do, and by working with our committed team of instructors, you will see and feel a rapid improvement in your physical and mental health.

Anna Serafinas Luk and Heather Thomas Shalabi, the co-Directors of Flex Studio, combine many years of both practical and teaching experience. Together, they have assembled a team of Hong Kong’s finest and fully qualified Pilates, yoga, Xtend Barre and fitness trainers to help you tone, lengthen, strengthen, stretch and breathe. Flex’s team represents such methods as Polestar® Pilates, the Body Arts and Science Method (BASI®), Ron Fletcher Pilates, Baron Baptiste Power Flow, Paul Grilley Yin Yang, K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga yoga and more.

Many of our instructors have also trained at the Royal Academy of Dance, whilst a few of our personal fitness trainers are Master Trainers for TRX© and Xtend Barre. This, in addition to their own careers as professional dancers or competitive athletes.
