ABOUT US The Studio In-Motion is an exciting studio in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. In-motion’s professional instructors come from long established Pilates and fitness teaching careers and are, above all, dedicated to putting clients first. We are the only fully equipped studio in Kowloon to offer Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes under one roof and are dedicated to helping you see and feel positive changes in your body. We believe in a comprehensive mind-body workout and do not see the different disciplines as exclusive of one another but rather as complementary. Your sessions at in-motion are also a great complement to any fitness or sports training you may be presently doing. We also offer TRX Suspension Training workouts for those of you who want to engage in a physically more challenging workout. Our small student to teacher ratio means you will get highly personalized service from our qualified instructors. You can choose from one of our many different group classes or, if you prefer, can take your instruction in semi-private or private arrangements. We also offer classes for pre-natal, elderly, and clients who might be suffering from chronic illnesses as well as those in the post-rehab stage of recovery. Yvonne Hsi Teaching and sharing fitness has given Yvonne a great sense of job satisfaction especially watching participants walking away from her classes with satisfaction and different levels of achievement. Yvonne started teaching high intensity fitness classes in 2000 and it was from a serious neck injury caused by long hours of architectural design work over the drawing board that has led her to Yoga, Pilates and the Gyrotonic method. The Pilates rehabilitation sessions helped Yvonne to recover and strengthen with such dual succession that it was only natural to want to learn more and share the benefits with all clients. Subsequently, the certification of Polestar Mat and Allegro were shortly met with the full training in Studio series under the guidence of Polestar Asia Head Educator, Sam Robinson.
