Jill has taught mat and equipment classes since 2002 and built a reputation of being one of the most effective, life changing, Pilates instructor in Hong Kong. Her expertise in one-on-one sessions and group classes has attracted clients from around the world. The teaching style incorporated in her classes revolves around the movement and fitness principles from Nia, Feldenkrais, Yoga, PT, and TRX training.
