Hi ALL, I am sure there are TONS of material that are available on Ashtanga Yoga. What is important is
1. Who is the Tutor
2. Does he have the required accomplishments
So let me explain the above 2
1. Chief (Nitesh Batra) when it comes to ON LINE classes has a hawk eye on the asana and breath. He has a clear view of the positions we hold our legs, arms, chest ......... That for me is something VERY VERY important and he gets a 5/5
2. Chief knows each and every individual's flexibility , so he does NOT rush to teach all the asanas. In fact he will teach asanas that will help build the strength and flexibility .... then u are prepared for the actual one .... here he gets another 5/5
3. And i in particular like the way he pushes individuals based on their fitness, like in my case he has asked me to do the most challenging NAVASANA 10 breaths to improve, and i like it
4. Finally to comment on his accomplishments, he himself has spent 17 ~ 18 years practising YOGA/ MEDITATION / COMPASSION .......... and the list goes on
I can only sum this by saying i am LUCKY to be his student .... Pranam
