A Yoga Alliance Accredited Institution: RYS - 200 (under Aayana Yoga Academy) with had centres in Bengaluru and Mysore an all inclusive yoga ashram (community) in Mysore; yoga teacher training, residential courses, purification therapies of body through ayurveda and integrated Buddhist approaches to meditation.

Atmayaan Yoga Academy has conducted over 25 Yoga Teacher Training courses in Bangalore, Mysore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Now we only teach in Bengaluru and Hawaii. We are also publishing manuals and books that draw from our many years of experience in training courses.
