Pilates For Wellbeing

Pilates for Wellbeing (PFW) is India’s first fully equipped state of the art – Classical Pilates Studio, practicing the authentic methods of wellbeing devised by the founder Joseph H. Pilates. It is a world class facility, spanning over 2000 Sq. Ft opened in October 2015. It is designed to meet international standards and to provide customers a holistic and low intensity fitness regime. Pilates for Wellbeing preserves the rigor and methods of Classical Pilates. It is scientifically personalized for varied abilities and needs, to create a safe and progressively advanced fitness program to benefit anyone – young or old, strong, weak or even those requiring rehabilitation.

Faculty at (PFW) are internationally trained and offer a unique experience to every client that they work with. They are carry a rich diversity of experience working with different nationalities and are very compassionate and motivating in translating the Classical Pilates movement practice to their clients.
