200 HR TTC Program is registered under the Yoga alliance’s RYT-200, which is internationally recognised. This is a foundation yoga course focusing on strong essential principles and it is based on traditionaln yogis’ formats of education. Practice, Research and Mastery are the three principles at the core of this program, the goal of which is to make you deepen your self-awareness and take your own practice to the next level.                                                            Â
Yoga is about sharing your own experience and knowledge with your fellow practitioners. This course blends both modern and traditional methodologies: indeed yoga is not a fixed practice, but it keeps evolving and so are teaching techniques. Discover what it takes to be an inspiring yoga teacher, practice and learn how to build up effective yoga sessions, challenge your practice and explore new ways of sharing your own experience with your future students.
We are located on Mysore Road, on the outskirts of Banglore. Here you can completely immerse yourself into the practice of yoga, far from the chaos of the city but at the same time close to all the facilities you might need, such as convenient stores, recreational spots, ayurvedic massage centers and others.
Akhilesh, the principal teacher of the program, is a “E-RYT 500hrs†yoga teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance. Akhilesh was introduced to yoga at the age of 17 and today he has a decade of yoga teaching experience in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
“Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I will always approach yoga as a student and I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and precious wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes I love combining creative “sequencing†with a spirit of playfulness, in order to create an inspiring atmosphere where to deepen your own practice. I aim to help people thrive in life by feeding body, mind and soul through the practice of yoga: my daily hope is that my students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Yoga is a good practice for any type of body; if you can breathe, you can benefit from yoga. Focusing on breath and alignment is at the core of my classes, while I lead my students through a series of Asanas. The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students’ experience and energy. My classes are accessible to both beginners and intermediates, being progressive and challenging at the same time; I always give individual attention to each student, staying true to the original training roots.â€
