First thing Bhaswathi Ma'am teaches her students is, Yoga or a healthy diet should be a part of our lifestyle. A routine as normal as eating or breathing. This is true every word. And I experienced it myself. The therapeutic yoga sessions she conducts is helpful in every way to correct our lifestyle. Something that our textbooks don't teach us anymore. Coming to the technicality of the classes, once you enroll do expect a call from her to guide you on a healthy diet from what to eat, what not to, how much, how little, what time etc. You'd be amazed at the things you have been doing wrong. And the classes are designed for any beginner to easily adapt and includes a perfect blend of beneficial asanas for everyone. With hardly 4-5 students in any batch, expect undivided attention and a great learning experience.
