Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga can be safely practiced from the 14th to 28th week during a normal pregnancy, with the doctorâ€™s consent.Involves a safe, gentle practice that stretches and tones the body in preparation for childbirth:

Hi,I took up the prenatal online classes and it was very helpful.Since Iâ€™m a working professional it helped me a lot to de stress myself and with the pandemic going on which adds on extra stress with the help of Bhaswati mam I could de stress myself.It made me more flexible and relieved me from the pregnancy related pains like back pain etc. She not only helps with yoga but helps in making dietary changes and help intake of good nutritious food. I recently completed the three weeks prenatal yoga sessions conducted by Ms. Bhaswati Seal. I found it very helpful by going to the classes because until then I wasn't sure what position I could sit in, sleep in or what kind of exercises I could do during pregnancy. I used to do yoga before I conceived, but was hesitant of doing any yoga asanas without guidance during pregnancy. I saw a lot of good reviews for Srimoyi yoga (Ms. Bhaswati Seal) on facebook and decided to enroll myself. I felt it completely worth it because I now feel confident exercising and try to follow it diligently and regularly.
