Over the past 5 years, we have had more than 500 participants in daily classes and conducted many targeted workshops on Hypothyroidism, Arthritis with specific attention to Knee care, Pranayama, Stress & Anxiety, Rejuvenation & Detox and Women Wellness Programmes.
Our Yoga & Kalarippayattu workshop series for children is very well received.
