Zorba - A Renaissance Yoga Studio

Within the very first month, I have seen significant change in my physical fitness and mental stability. I reached my monthly weight loss goal without losing any strength.all in all is a great experienced me. I consider myself very lucky to be a part of this team and will make sure to continue my association with it.

I think the teachers of the Zobra centre have an excellent understanding of the subject. The yoga nidra is beyond description. You have to experience it to believe it. A feeling of being with yourself and a total awareness of your body are few of my experiences here. Thanks to the wonderful teachers for so much dedication.

To be truthful, I was very sceptical about Yoga before joining Zobra Yoga Studio. I had heard mixed things about yoga as a whole and wasn’t sure if this is something for me. Still after engaging myself in different types of fitness regimes over years I decided to give yoga a try.

I am learning yoga in Zobra Yoga centre from a year. Here Hata Yoga is taught from basics. Teachers give personal attention. I am still amazed how teacher remembers everyone's needs and goals. Mistakes are corrected firmly yet lovingly .Reminds me of my primary school teachers. Yogic cleansing/ detoxing practices are also taught in detail. I have not got cold/fever throughout this year.

In addition to improving your yoga practice,Zobra also offers excellent teachers training courses (or ttc affiliated to the international yoga alliance) in 200 hours, 300 hours, prenatal, yin etc. All in all, Zobra is a wonderful place to come, learn, enjoy and be part of an enriching yoga way-of-life journey.
