“Yogic healing can transcend over any and every kind of toxicity.”
That’s the mantra that we are trying to propagate by teaching Yoga at Jaymit’s Yoga by online medium. Be it the workshops that we conduct, or the group batches that we undertake, our attempt is personal attention to each and everyone participating in it. The goal of Jaymit is to teach the most difficult techniques that are in Yogic tradition in the easiest manner. We believe in creating an environment wherein everyone can freely ask their doubts, share their insights and learn from each other’s mistakes as well as achievements.
Regular online workshops at Jaymit’s Yoga are organized on variety of subjects such as Handstand, Backbend, Upperback& shoulder opening, forward bend, hip opening, spinal twist, hatha yoga, arm balance and inversion. So that, every part of the body gets equal amount of contraction and relaxation. Special attention is given to the fact that exercising does not exceed. As Swami Vivekananda said, “Anything in excess is poison.”
For the journey ofJaymit’s Yoga, Jaymit’s first interaction with Yoga at Nidhi’s Yoga Hub, in March 2016, open by his sister is to be credited. Since then, Jaymit has struggled and learnt this very valuable knowledge of Yoga and catered it to thousands of individuals. And the journey is still on.
