Ajay Singh has been practicing yoga since 1996, starting when he was 12-years old young man. He initially studied in BHOPAL with “ Arvind Singhji“. Ajay Singh pioneered POWER YOGA in BHOPAL. Most of his trainings in Yoga was lead by Pandeyji . Ajay was majorly inspired by BKS Iyengar. Ajay Singh has been teaching yoga since 1985. My primary aim says Ajay is to turn more and more people on to a Healthier, more peaceful lifestyle that continually challenges them to Grow and Live a smooth life. Through Power Yoga, I facilitate my people a system of exercise that fully Integrates the Body, Mind, and Spirit and provides an easy access in life. The new trend towards yoga is not surprising, given that the body is limited and the mind is limitless. The combination of body and mind creates an incredibly broad range of fulfillment, including top physical and mental condition and a calm, peaceful, clear mind. Kumbhak : Kumbhak is a Vacuum in the breathing techniques. Kumbhak facilitates calorie burn through which the elasticity of muscle increases and working capacity of heart increases. Kumbhak increases the capacity of internal organs and also increases the resistance in the body. Shuddhi Kriya : These kriyas are the Cleansing activities for both body and mind and there by increases their capacity. Clean Body calls for Clean thoughts and viceversa.
