A long back I started to join Yoga in Sonagiri Hall. There is so family environment in the Yoga classes One cannot explain in words. There is Bhakti Geet programme after yoga aasans to take a little relief daily for 10 minutes. All the participants repeat that bhakti Geet following the singer with clapping. That becomes so touching which is beyond expectations. Dr. Suresh Guru teachings during the aasans make us think of our own life. Very mind blowing and peaceful. Those who daily attend his company are very very lucky, this is their Prarabdh, Dr Suresh Guru is so simple and gentle & generous, you may feel that you know him for the last so many years.
