Mokshaa Yoga

If you ask me about the Mokshaa Yoga center, Neelankarai, from my experience, I will write stories. Considering others time to read, I will make it short :) Best Yoga center. Excellent coaching and hospitality. The moment you enter the yoga center, it's atmosphere, smiley welcoming from Sir and Mam, you will always feel so positive. They just not train yoga, they spend time and do counselling as well. I set a live example for an excellent transformation both mentally and physically. Complete credit goes to Sir and Mam. With no doubt, I would blindly recommend to any one from any age category to choose this yoga center.

Wonderful place with such sweet teachers. They make us feel like a family. They encourage us to push our limits. They understand every person is unique. True yoga teachers who make u experience yoga as part of ur life. Best yoga teachers i have ever met. I wish they reach many people and lift everyones lives.

Moksha yoga means bliss to me. I experienced the serenity of mountains perfect for yogis at this center. Tutors couldnt be appreciated more. Truly friendly people who spread joy and positive vibes to all those who come. I highly recommend all who want to start or continue practising yoga to make a visit to Moksha yoga, the place of positivity.

Moksha yoga, is one of the best yoga centre in the Chennai, with wonderful teachers, and a beautiful space which is quiet and relaxing. It is run by Sateesh Sir and Maheswari maam, who are both dedicated yoga teachers and genuinely lovely people. They communicate very well and make you feel very comfortable. Their directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing. They are very observant, constantly checking your positions are correct. Their classes are for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll come out relaxed. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join them for yoga classes. I absolutely recommend Moksha Yoga.

One of the best yoga centre. Nice vibe when we enter the centre. The way sir and mam treat their students looks very impresive. We are physically and mentally healthy after completing every yoga class. It is stress burning place and they give councling for all aged group also. Sometime i think this asana is not possible for me but sir and mam make it possible. The centre feels like what true yoga should be.
