After setting my new year's resolution to look after my health and take care of my body, I decided to join my mother and start yoga.
When I entered Monad's classes, my body was stretched and twisted so much that every muscle pulled and hurt. (So much for thinking Yoga would be easy for me!) But with the ever-helping and inspiring teachers at the studio, within two months of regular practice, I began to enjoy so much, I even insisted upon my mother to join me in a Yoga Marathon to do four one-hour classes back to back on a sunday morning.
I am grateful to everyone in the studio, especially all the teachers for making this journey into Yoga, a very memorable one.
