Prashant Yoga Nilayam

Prashant Yoga Nilayam was opened on December 14th 2017 the start of Sri BKS Iyengar’s centenary year by Sri.Arun H.S and Smt.Srimatha Arun long time disciples of Yogacharya Sri.B.K.S.Iyengar.
The centre’s aims are three fold:
To promote the study of yoga philosophy and practice in the tradition of the revered sage Patanjali and as elucidated by Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta S. Iyengar, and Prashant S. Iyengar.
To advance public health and community well being through the study of yoga.
To create a space where like-minded people can gather to discuss, learn and advance in the study of Yoga.
The centre encloses a 1200 sq.ft well equipped Yoga hall, a library, facility for demonstrations and lecturing. Centre also includes essential spaces like changing rooms.
