I was introduced to TLVA’s online classes by one of my close friends who was trained there.
I enrolled for their online yoga sessions as a beginner for my general fitness.
Proficient and well qualified trainers teach step by step instruction led yogasanas which is very easy to follow and learn for a total newbie like me.
They explain the rationale behind every asana /exercise in addition to the health benefit it offers and medical conditions in which it can be performed / avoided.
They also observe every individual during the training sessions and provide appropriate feedback.
I have personally found this very useful in maintaining physical wellness especially during this lockdown period. All the routine exercises, asanas, pranayama and more importantly their relaxation techniques are very good and provide great physical and mental agility.
