I started attending Yoga classes here around 6 weeks ago. My experience has been great, in fact I have started going twice a day. They are very flexible with timings, and it is much cheaper than other places. Most important: The teachers are great, and the owners have more than 20 years teaching Yoga.

Superb. Best place to learn yoga, to study yoga and to get help on therapeutic basis too. I felt comfortable at all times, felt treated with care and love. It is an amazing place to practice. You will be challenged, supported and learn. Definitely recommend this place to take Yoga classes in nungambakkam.

Please do not prefer this yoga…they are very unprofessional….I wasted my 8k in trusting these people…I booked for home classes….from first day they are not on time…they lost all the words they committed before paying money…once I paid money …they didn’t even send the tutor I asked for….they ask us to adjust as they are giving free service they hav waste monthly plan which start from mid of the month….I sprained my knee…and they didn’t even check why I was not able to continue classes…..they are happy to steal money without services…..I never saw such unprofessional people running this kind of yoga classes…..purely dissapointed…

Recently I had undergone the process of Shankaprakshalana and would like to share the experience as advised by our YMTI, Chennai. The entire Sunday was set aside with a very light dinner the previous Saturday night. Sunday morning with the able guidance of Ms. Akila of YMTI, I was asked to gulp 8 glasses of salt water and perform certain stretching exercises. This was followed by another 8 glasses of salt water and the same routine of exercises were performed. With the salt water running throughout the body the entire cleansing process took place with the removal of toxins and other waste residues in the body periodically throughout the day. There was a bout of tiredness all along the day considering the benefits . It was a total rest for the body throughout with a light intake of idli all along the day. With the process completed, Monday was totally refreshing, body was light and the experience was totally pleasant which could not be explained. Would recommend this for all of us to experience the same. As the same has been advised once in 6 months, the date has been marked in the calendar and looking forward for the next session.

I just joined the Yoga Mission less than a month ago, but I feel as if I've been there for a long time. Everyday different instructors come and teach us and they're all very enthusiastic. Since I go in the mornings,(5:45-6:45) the serene and calm atmosphere of the place make me feel fresh and energetic the whole day. It's the ideal place for yoga and meditation lovers. I would strongly recommend the place to a friend.😊
