I have completed yoga teacher training and yoga therapy. Both mam and sir are very professional and dedicated to their job.I have spent full day at "yoga works",They share every information they knew ..Best center to gain knowledge about yoga..They use different props for asana. The place is very neat and peaceful.Fully satisfied by their guidance.

The class is close to my home in KK Nagar and I started my morning classes a month ago after finding it on google. The studio has a great ambience , very well maintained just like what you see in the pics. Simple regular stretches and asanas are done regularly and within a couple of weeks there is a significant improvement in flexibility. I am most impressed with the use of props for doing different asanas - helps you go beyond your limits !

I had joined yoga works recently. My upper body was stiff and I was experiencing pain while bending. I started with Ariel yoga with in a weeks time I could feel a significant change in my body stiffness. Iam able to flex my body with out any pain . I feel great and super active. Thanks to the sujata - shekhar sir team @ YOGA WORKS who helped me to achieve milestone in a short frame of time

I used to have severe headaches on a weekly basis before I joined yoga works for no reason and I gulp tablets.After I joined yoga classes at yoga works I dont remember when I had tablets. My overall health has drastically improved after joining yoga works and thanks to Sujatha mam.

Best place for the body and soul to relax and feel the changes in our body. Place is very hygiene and clean and peaceful. Very relaxed to do yoga . Joined classes just one week before . Could feel the difference . Dedicated tutor. Hoping to have more challenging sessions. To become. more flexible

Wonderful teaching and sharing of knowledge which you can't find anywhere else.. I joined to learn Yoga teacher training course which is for around 3 months duration.. but looking at the vast knowledge and the experience the mam has and her willingness to share it, I understood that I need to travel with Mam for many more months to learn all from her. Her use of pros is astounding !!!!

It's a fantastic place, great ambiance, great environment, Ariel yoga was a mind blowing experience. The instructors are highly educated and knowledgeable. I have never experienced yoga like this. I have come across a lot of yoga places that cost a bomb and it's pretty basic, but this place is totally different. Worth every penny and my time.

Wonderful experience with mam sujatha. I got great experience with yoga practice . As I'm in Ireland I'm worried about class timings but mam helped me with that . Very professional and flexible timings in online to follow up . Thank you so much mam I got great relief from my foot pain . Best place to start your yoga journey . Keep going 🤗🤗🤗👍👍

Great place to grow your yoga skills as a beginner or an intermediate. The teachers have professional knowledge and provide proper guidance to every individual. Also their aerial yoga is way more fun to do and learn.

I started yoga classes here 4 months ago and definitely plan on continuing. The studio is close to home and beautifully designed. The ambience is great for yoga and meditation. The instructors teach very well and allow you to learn and grow at a pace that is comfortable to you. Definitely recommended!
