Yoga Works has been established since 2013. We are tied to our traditional hatha yoga roots, while we develop and introduce our students to vinyasa flow techniques and viniyoga. Our mission is to share and spread our knowledge of Yoga. We do this through practical and theory classes that expound on the practice of yoga, its principles, and its benefits. We offer modifications tailored to suit your needs and lifestyle to help you enjoy regular and sustained practice. We conduct Yoga and Yoga Therapy sessions for our students in groups or on an individual basis. We also conduct training programs, workshops, related to Yoga and Healing. Both the faculties Sujatha and Sekarbabu has practiced Yoga for over 12 years and as a result, enjoys imparting yogic knowledge to people. Yoga works believes in customizing yoga for every individual based on their needs and goals. Consequently ‘Yoga Works For Healthy Body And Mind’ is the main concept of YOGA WORKS as sessions are offered at varying intensity levels suiting every individual. All of the are for the benefit of the musculoskeletal, circulatory-lymphatic, nervous, and other systems of the body. In fact, massage therapy positively influences the overall health and well-being of the client.
