Advaith Yogalaya

I'm Rangaraj living in Singapore. I joined in Advaith Yogalaya Academy in 2023 and practising yoga from Madhan Teacher through online. Since then I am doing regularly all the asanas what he teaches. This academy is a great place to learn yoga especially for the beginners. Madhan Teacher is very friendly and kind enough to teach yoga. The sessions are unique everyday that combines spiritual prayer breathing exercises, eye exercises and Asanas, over a period I can say yoga has helped me a lot with flexibility and feel more energetic and peaceful. Especially my eye sight has been improved. I'm 55 years old and due to cataract in my eyes, I was unable to read the small letters and managing with the help of wearing spectacle. But after doing eye exercises regularly, now I'm able to read without spectacle. I'm grateful to my Master Madhankumar and I recommend anyone to join this Academy to learn yoga.
