Dharamshala it is a word made up of combining of two words Dharma and shale, which means in the English spiritual dwelling. The beautiful city Dharamshala is situated in the middle of the Tibetan exile world in. As the Dharamshala people are lived who are the Tibetan uprising and they were the Tibetan refugees who followed the principles of the Dalai Lama. Dharamshala is famous and attractive destination forn and foreign tourist, because of presence of them, including of the students who are studying in Tibet.
Our yoga school is situated in the upper part of bhagsu – village which is above of the Dharamshala city and McLeod Ganj, it is a wonderful place owned for yoga classes, it is a very warm and inspirable place for classes. This place is hidden and located far from the Dharamshala city life and still having a local cultural center and the having meeting point place for many travellers. The hall in this place has an energetic property. In the evenings music and various artists’ events are organized here, at the day time in the bhagsu you can enjoy the tasteful baked breads and cakes someone says Bhagsu is “your real home far away from homeâ€.
The altitude here is between from 1250 and 1982 meters. The temperature is maximum near about 38 degrees Celsius during April, May, and June season. And from the start of July to the end of Septembers there is monsoon season here. In the early hours of the morning and during the evenings a light rain is to be necessary herein may or June season for the beautiful atmosphere of nature, it can be chilly, so some light warm clothes would be good for us. In the day time atmosphere can be warm with small amount of sunshine, clean sky, a beautiful scenery appears to watch to feel and good weather.
Our yoga TTC is 30-days residential program
In our teacher training classes it starts with pranayama and meditation in the early morning we practices a whole day for asana and then at the evening students take relaxation. In our TTC program at 6.00 am each day started and near about 6.00 pm our classes get finished. During the daytime at our classes students having a long lunch break for relaxation and for lunch and having some smaller breaks of tea and healthy snacks here. At the morning time we eat together our breakfast after completing the morning session of yoga classes.
Our TTC program consist of yoga classes with activities like lectures, practical workshops and other activities like discussions, group activities, silent walks, karma yoga etc. And in every Saturday student do only asana practice and after that in remaining time they do self practices and in Sunday on student take relax its free day for them.
We are like to invite all the practitioners, students and advanced practitioners take the teaching of yoga, and those who just needed to improve in their self practice and take deepen in their knowledge are also invited in our TTC program.
