Our trainers are certified by reputed institutes and have a minimum of three years of experience. The trainers are selected only after clearing multilayers of the selection process. We only hire the best trainers who are passionate about yoga. Therefore the trainer’s selection percentage is in the range of 10-15%. There are dedicated trainers for each category – Pre-natal, Post-natal and Therapeutic. We encourage you to attend our free demo session before opting for a paid session. It does not cost you a penny. We follow no questions asked policy. If you did not like our sessions, we promise not to disturb you if you do not wish to join. Sessions are customized as per our client and mom-to-be’s health status, body type and history of any ailments. The sessions are modified as per the client’s progress, energy and comfort levels. We follow a holistic approach for your overall wellbeing apart from yoga. The sessions also include consultation on diet, lifestyle changes, pranayama and meditation. The sessions are designed and practised keeping the problem areas in mind. Our team of experts prepares you for labor and delivery, both physically and mentally.
