The studio is specially designed to accumulate both Yoga asana practises and the Vedanta philosophy. Here, Veer Pratap has been teaching Hatha yoga for more than three years. He follows the Sivananda Style Hatha Yoga. Veer had been studied and practice the skills of yoga in the Yoga Ashram for almost a year. In this stressful time period, we decided to start a movement. We call it Meditation Movement to ease the daily life pressure and stress through the ancient techniques of Pranayama and Mediation. We offer time to time yoga workshops to teach the various advance asanas, shat kriyas and advanced pranayama.
