I completed the 200 TTC in Goa with Shivoham. Agonda Beach and the living facilities for the school were a perfect backdrop for our open air classes. The beach area was quiet and extremely clean. An unexpected treat! Our lodging and meals were simple, healthy and cozy! The Shivoham teachers were knowledgeable and professional as we studied asanas, philosophy, meditation and anatomy throughout the course. The daily yoga, especially Ashtanga class, was addicting and a great way to build strength and flexibility in your personal practice! Shivoham had good class sizes which allowed a nice balance for group interaction and one-one-one attention in comparison to other schools in the same area with larger class sizes. It was nice to meet people from all over the world and learn about their cultures and perspectives on yoga and everyday life. I left the training with a great foundation and introduction to teaching yoga, but will need time, practice and an observation period to process all the information we soaked up in one month’s time! We ended the course leading our own class of our peers. This experience will stick with me for a long time and I hope to return to India for more training in the future! Shivoham was an excellent choice for a TTC school.

It was an amazing week. I've learned a lot about yoga and the philosophy behind it. Met amazing people from many different places. The food was very healthy and tasty and the beach nearby was beautiful, calm and clean. All the teachers were great and I did recharge my batteries. Definitely a wise choice.

I really enjoyed the two weeks retreat at Shivoham! Rimi and Vivek are amazing teachers and want you to have a good time. The location is nice, it’s really calm and the food was always tasty! I can highly recommend you to stay there!

My 200 hours yoga teacher course at Shivoham Yoga School was a really nice experience for life time due to the very professional teacher team, nice atmosphere and pleasant accommodation.

I would recommend Shivoham Yoga School to everybody ! I had an amazing experience and will definitely go back soon. After a week of this Yoga Retreat in Goa, I feel so much better and I understand a lot more about Yoga and Meditation. We also had theory classes that helped us understand the philosophy and spirituality of Yoga. Rimi and Vivek are fantastic teachers, they are always there to make sure everything is going on perfectly. The location is great, just by Agonda Beach which is quite calm and peaceful. There are also a few good cafes, restaurants and shops around the beach to chill at night or weekends. Let's not forget the really good healthy food and the amazing people I met during my stay :) Wonderful experience!!

I had a whole lot of fun during my 200 h YTTC at Shivoham Yoga School in Goa. As I didn’t have much Yoga experience I was glad the level of the classes were both fitting advanced yogis and beginners. The schedule is very well organized, food was healthy and delicious, the teachers have amazing knowledge and skills and also the location is beautiful with a 15 minutes walk to the most cleanest beach I’ve ever seen. No kidding. The practicing of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Mantra Chanting and Meditation as well as the workshops for Yin and Acro Yoga made me want to gain more experience and dig deeper into the yogaish lifestyle. I also enjoyed the interesting classes about Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and Alignment & Adjustment. After 25 days I feel prepaired and am excited to start leading small classes. Thank you so much to Shivoham Yoga School for this lifechanging experience! I would love to come visit the second school in Rishikesh one day, too!

I very much enjoyed the ashtanga yoga classes (for me sometimes a bit challenging), as well as other yoga styles. With the teacher I always felt comfortable. The alignment classes gave a very helpful professional insight for understanding the ideas, meanings and correct posures of yoga; that helps a lot for the improvement of ones own practice. The breathing and meditation sessions were held with much passion and a broad spectrum. The atmosphere from the teachers and of the group was focussed as well as fun. I took a lot of profit, although I only took part for a 2 week retreat. By not participating all classes I could combine that with several hours at the calm (=in November) Agonda beach or neighbour coves, thus combining vitalising refreshment and relaxing holidays. The good vegetarian indian food supported the healthy lifestyle. And the location in Agonda provided a nice remote above sealevel and walks through green botanics, including watching sunsets over the sea and some eagle birds cruising from the rooftop.

Everything was good, starting from accommodation, food, teachers, etc and finishing with the beautiful sunset on the beach. I’m really recommend this school to other friends and people, cause these guys really care about you, they gave a lot of information, training in different types of yoga. Food is delicious, room is clean. 10 min to the amazing beach. Also they have Ayurvedic doctor. I’ve got some information about how to take care of health, he made for me list of Ayurvedic medicine. I made big shopping there too))) So in my memory only positive emotions, I’m happy to be there, meet nice people. Now I have 200 hours certificate, but if I’m gonna go one day to India, I’ll book yoga retreat with Shivoham yoga school))) Thank you Rimi, Vivek, Dr. Praveen and another students, who were there Namaste🙏
