The teaching method of Shivoham is based on the ancient teachings of the Dalai Lama, Buddhism, and Dr. Wayne Dyer. Also, all the yoga programs offered by Shivahom are based on the ancient principles of yoga philosophy and yoga practice. There are various styles of yoga from Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga to Vinyasa Hatha Karma offered by Shivoham Yoga Teacher Training Centre.

We focus on body mechanics, yoga class sequencing, the art of teaching, therapeutic yoga, meditation, and power of breath.
