I really like the multi-style approach to teaching! 🧘🏼‍♀️🌷 It gives insights into the development of yoga and into different perspectives and practices. I can really recommend the training - both in Goa and online - enjoyed it equally! 🌸🦋

When East meets west... I did my 300h YTT with Trimurti and it was such a great experience that goes way beyond the surface. I love the diversity within the teachers team, the perfect mix between a modern and traditional approach of yoga. I really recommend it to anyone that wants to know more about 5 elements, Ayurveda, yin yoga and TCM which would eventually make you want to dive deeper into one of these. Ayurveda personally resonated a lot with me and I kept on studying after the training. Thanks to Trimurti family for this beautiful month that broadened my mind 🙏🏻💕☀️🌸

One of my top 4 week experiences was doing 200 hrs multi style yoga TTC in Goa and being part of the beautiful Trimurti family. Can’t believe it’s almost 2 years ago now! I’ve carried on learning and teaching and loving every minute of it. I can’t thank everyone at Trimurti enough, always including my beautiful group of keen lovely spiritual co-students, for the most wonderful time whilst allowing the seed of yoga grow and develop each day. More than the asana practice, theory, anatomy or philosophy, this month @trimurtiyoga was a glorious reminder from the universe on how quickly strangers turn to family. I am so grateful for all these amazing people - their stories, struggles and energy over these 30 days. I miss you all and you all have a place in my heart and home whenever you need/like. 🧘‍♀️. Yoga teacher training is a bit of a emotional/physical/mental whirlwind and even though my practice began 10 years ago, I still can’t believe I 👏am👏 one👏!

It’s a mixture of a lot of things, hard work, knowledge, serenity, untroubled by external factors, nourishing diet, and above all meaningful and long lasting friendships. From indomitable teachers to amazing place and environment ... it’s worth it .. go for it 🙂

The best decision was in my life graduating as a yoga teacher at Trimurti! Wonderful teachers, good food and amazing locations. i went back twice. I did my multi style teacher training and my yin yoga teacher training there as well and i hope to go back doing my 300 hours TTC! I miss you Karo and Ajay! ❤

I went to Trimurti this Time last year in dharamsala and it was amazing. I didnt know what to expect and i was a little nervous. The teaching is great. You have différent teachers with différent style which is humanly wonderful. Its an intense course but you learn so Much with really nice conditions. The food is really good and the rooms are comfy. When i came Back i was nervous to teach but after my first class , i réalised that all i ve learned was legit , not that i didnt think that during the course but of course in « réal » life i could ve feel lost and not knowing what to do. But on the contrary I felt confident and that I had all I need to grow as a teacher. I literally dream about India and Hope to go back soon maybe for my 300! 🙏🏻❤️

I am so glad that I´ve choosen Trimurti for my 200h Yoga TTC! I really had such an amazing time and always felt in good hands there! Trimurti has provided an ideal surrounding for focusing on Yoga, excellent team of instructors and support personnel, food was good, accommodation, and setup were all geared for supporting the students. our group of students from around the world were all Yogis at heart, so, the experience was complete. Yes. Go for it.

My experience in 200h yoga TTC at Trimurti was amazing. I went there with an open heart and mind to receive all the information on yoga I could incorporate and what I receive was more. The union of the West and Eastern approach to yoga was something that I enjoyed a lot, and the philosophy classes with Bhaskar ji were my favourites, a truly yogic approach, thought by a practitioner that chose the yogic path as his way of living. I’m truly grateful for everything that I experienced. Cannot wait to see my yogic family again and continue my studies in Dharamshala for the 300h ttc.
