100 hours Prenatal Yoga TTC is a Yoga Alliance registered specialised course designed by Trimurti Yoga Goa for yoga teachers (Yoga TTC 200 graduates) and professional prenatal care takers who work or want to work with pregnant women and women after giving birth. Whether you want to get ready to modify a yoga practice for your regular students who got pregnant, or you wish to build a special prenatal/postnatal programs for women who have never practised yoga before - Trimurti Yoga Teacher Training Centre will prepare you for both. In prenatal TTC program Trimurti Yoga concentrate on the art of teaching safe and beneficial prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. The centre teaches also how to support the students to go through their pregnancy as healthy and happy as possible.
This 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is certified by Yoga Alliance is designed to train you in several aspects of Yoga – from Asanas to Kriyas through philosophy and anatomy, with an accent on teaching practicum and teaching methodology to prepare you to become an independent Yoga Teacher. It is a first level of training which allows you to start teaching yoga all over the world. Through Trimurti Yoga Goa 200hr TTC, you can become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
This 200-Hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga TTC certified by Yoga Alliance is designed to train you specifically in Vinyasa Flow yoga style and its all aspects - from asanas and sequencing through philosophy and anatomy, with an accent on teaching practicum and teaching methodology to prepare you to become a self-confident and safe Yoga Teacher. It is the first level of training which allows you to start teaching yoga all over the world. Through the Trimurti Yoga 200-hour teacher training program, you can become a
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
The 300 hour YTT offered by Trimurti Yoga Teacher Training Centre is an advanced, second level course designed to improve not only your personal yoga practice, but also your yoga teaching skills. Trimurti Yoga prepared a very exciting program based on 5 Elements from both Ayurveda & Yoga perspectives, with the additional theory of 5 Movements and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). This course is dedicated to all the graduates of 200 hour Yoga TTC from all over the world, from all yoga styles and traditions.
This 50-hour multi-style Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course offered by Trimurti Yoga Goa is a 5-day course focused fully on aerial yoga in many different variations: aerial hatha, aerial vinyasa, therapeutic aerial, aerial restorative & yin, partner aerial, aerial meditation, aerial dance, etc. The course is designed to prepare you to create your own flying sequences and teach them safely to others. This course is for all-level students who would love to fly, and to study this beautiful and developing yoga style. The graduates of 200 hour Yoga TTC from all over the world, from all yoga styles and traditions, can use the certificate as CEP (Continuing Education Program).
Trimurti Yoga Teacher Training Centre offers accommodation as follows:
Cottages (single or double occupancy, as per the choice) – bigger, cooler, made of bricks
Wooden huts (single occupancy, double on request) – smaller, made of wood, gives nice feeling of living in
Nature Rooms (shared double occupancy) – rooms in two villas in the front of the centre.
Trimurti Yoga also has two villas for the students – both with 2 big bedrooms and attached toilets, big dining room and the kitchen. Rooms have a separate entrance to the house.
Trimurti Yoga Teacher Training Centre has a small restaurant dedicated to its students. Trimurti Yoga Goa serves 3 vegetarian meals per day during studying time and prepared a variety of local vegetables, traditional Indian thalis, salads and fruits. Trimurti Yoga also provides a special diet on request (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, diabetes, allergies, etc.).
Trimurti Yoga Goa is approximately 7 minutes from both beaches (Palolem and Agonda) with the bike, 15 minutes with the bicycle, and 5 with the taxi.
