He got introduced to yoga in 2004 while he was working in Kerala. He practiced intense yoga for several months under the eminent guidance of Girija B Nair at Kochi, Kerala. He further practiced advanced Kriya Techniques @ Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in 2007. He experienced the true and in-depth meaning of YOGA after he met his Spiritual Master Poojya Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 2008 at Delhi. Mr. Ashok is a Wellness Coach (International Coach Federation) . He is basically an Engineering Graduate with an Executive Program in Business Management from IIM, Kolkata. He worked with various Telecom Companies in and USA.

This training gives you the tools and materials to begin teaching a basic Yin Class. We cover breath-work, meditation, and mindfulness as well.

Teachers can register as a RYT® 200 if they have successfully completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program that is registered with Yoga Alliance. All training hours must come from the same school and multiple trainings cannot be combined to meet the 200-hour Requirement.
