Have been attending yoga sessions for last 3 months. Truly a modern days yoga centre. No need to do asanas along with batch and no need to bother if you can't make a fixed time slot on daily basis. You can goto the yoga center any time between 5am to 11am. Asanas chart prepared exclusively for each individual based on their body nature and issues if they have any. Experienced trainers with good knowledge on asanas. It has got exclusive meditation room as well.

Kukatpally branch of Nirvaana which started 2 yeas back has the best trained staff for Yoga and Meditation.
I was suffering from anxiety and tried many therapies.
The pranayama and meditation techniques in synchronize with their customized yoga sequences made me relieved and now i have stopped all the medicines and thank Nirvaana and Dr Yamini and Yogini Bhuvaneshwari

Best place for yoga for modern day busy people. no need to follow any batch timings. I can Just walkin to centre at morning or evening hours and practice my asanas. An Individual specially prepared sequence of asanas will be provided based on person health/fitness level. Example backpain/ wait loss or stress/ anger management. Instructor guiding if we do any mistake. We may not get this focused individual care in other yoga centrers as they club everyone in batches. Im going from one month to this kphb branch and happy to continue. Thanks to Nirvana

My wife attended session here and had a very bad experience. They have provided her a brochure with yoga asanas and asked her to follow them. There was no explanation provided for these anasas and the instructor seemed to have zero knowledge on this. When questions related to this was asked and feed back was provided, they did not put in any efforts to improve themselves. Meditation was not guided, they were asked to sit in a corner and chant, which could be done even at home.
She was asked to come for 3 months to see the benefits but with this kind of support, she saw no benefit to continue the session
