I was part of the prenatal yoga grp with Latika. Yoga was so much fun n if I was looking forward to yoga everyday during pregnancy, all the credit goes to Latika. Yoga in a very pleasant ambience, with a great trainer who made the journey smooth n easy for us is something I will always cherish. Her love committed n concern for her students is what makes it all so special. Thank u so much Latika.

I have had 2 kids - and I went to Latika for my second one - the journey was so much more easier and less aches and pains. I have never been slim so skirting around a 100kgs with a baby to be born and being able to do yoga and feel good about it - is a big deal - and Latika makes It easy peasy….. she is a very loving person and will make you feel at ease immediately... I have known her for 7 years now....and every time I think of my younger one's childbirth I cannot go by without thanking her in my mind.... for helping me ready my body..... Love her...… she is the best......
