I have attended the RYT 200 program at Sahasrara Yoga School.I am associated with Sahasrara group and I am extremely happy and satisfied with Yoga teaching at this wonderful institute and also got an opportunity to help students in their physical training needs .After experiencing the training I have fallen in love with yoga like never before. I travelled to penang,malaysia in February 2017 to do my 200 hr YTTC at sahasrara yoga. From the very first moment I knew I had made the right choice. RYP is situated in an amazing place with an amazing energy. The instructors and staff at RYP also embody this energy, it was an amazing journey I will forever cherish. Our instructors taught us all that they knew with love, but also allowed us to make of it what we needed it to be. I just certified teacher training program 300 rys. I had very good experience in sahasrara yoga school. Here i learnt different asanas, kriya, meditation, stress management and yoga nidra. This institute helps in growing from every aspect. all faculty member of sahasrara are expert in their field. The thing which i liked most is ambience andvery peaceful.
