Sahasrara Yoga School

I have attended the RYT 200 program at Sahasrara Yoga School.I am associated with Sahasrara group and I am extremely happy and satisfied with Yoga teaching at this wonderful institute and also got an opportunity to help students in their physical training needs .After experiencing the training I have fallen in love with yoga like never before. The teachers here are so experienced and knowledgeable. They are experts in turning you into a skillful yoga teacher and good teacher. They also give personality development training to start your own yoga sessions that you are confident once you finish the course. The institute provides you with the material understanding the requirement in such a way that you can refer to get all the answers you ever wanted. The teachers are so helpful, you can approach them for any doubt which will never be unanswered. This is the best institute. You must join or you would miss the true essence of Yoga.

I travelled to penang,malaysia in February 2017 to do my 200 hr YTTC at sahasrara yoga. From the very first moment I knew I had made the right choice. RYP is situated in an amazing place with an amazing energy. The instructors and staff at RYP also embody this energy, it was an amazing journey I will forever cherish. Our instructors taught us all that they knew with love, but also allowed us to make of it what we needed it to be.
