Subrahmanian along with the others used to have Satsangs and people used to share their experiences and discuss the teachings of Sri Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. The Satsang meetings used to take place at Hindi Arts College on Sundays between 4:30pm – 6:30pm. On 5th April 1981, Sri Ramana Kendram Hyderabad moved to the Gandhi Centenary hall of Andhra Mahila Sabha College for women. The Satsang timings were changed from 9.00am – 10.30am. The devotees devotion to Bhagavan was so intense that - Dr K.S used to pay rent for the premises for several years. The Registered Address was Mr G V Rajeswara Rao's Residence – after his demise the address changed to Ramanayya's Residence in New Nalakunta. The Kendram moved to its own permanent location in Bathakamma kunta on the Sivam Road in 1999. Sri Ramakrishna, a humble and ardent devotee, pawned his family jewellery to meet the registration expenditure of the Kendram. Sri Panduranga Rao made a handsome donation which formed the first corpus fund for the Kendram. Later on, several devotees contributed, many of them anonymously, in a large measure for the growth of the Kendram.
