Tatva Yoga

I joined Tatva yoga for weight loss and Karuna garu is a good trainer.... She explains everything about asanas like how they work where they work and it's benefits in a detailed way....I am happy as I chose tatva yoga and to have Karuna as a trainer.

I can only say Excellent. No other words. It's been not even month that I joined. But I feel a lot of difference. And I am eagerly waiting to see my transformation after three months.....I used to have a severe back pain but now I don't feel any pain. Thanks a lot Murali Krishna garu for training us.

I took personal training for prenatal yoga. It was an amazing experience, Krishnaveni ma'am is simply superb. She is knowledgeable, patient and regular. Proper care was taken during the practice for normal delivery.

I have been learning Yoga here from more than an year. Best place to choose for anyone who want to incorporate yoga into their daily routine. Very professional and disciplined Guru, gives sames attention to all the learners. Studio looks so serene and clean.

I'm not a big fan of writing feedbacks but as I felt it would be good to give back something for what I've got from Tatva Yoga, I'm taking my time out to write one... I got to know about Tatva Yoga during our famous lockdown in 2020... I enquired and tried to join online classes but never happened... Later when the studio opened, I joined and I was weighing 84 kgs (13 - 14 kgs more than my ideal weight) and I started experiencing the downside of that weight gain... So after 2 months of studio practice (ofcourse it wasn't as regular as I was planning) again there was another lockdown... Now it's been close to 5 months I restarted my sessions and I lost 8 kgs and could feel the advantage. Note that this is WITHOUT any diet control and I'm confident that I'll reach my ideal weight soon... Thanks to Tatva Yoga for giving me the confidence!!!

Pregnancy is a crucial phase for every woman and Prenatal yoga during this phase relives your mental stress.Tatva yoga has provided the right guidance and support during the course which boosted my strength both mentally and physically resulting in a smooth delivery process. I am grateful 🙏 to C.Krishnaveni garu who was always joyous and encouraged me throughout. She was very patient and adaptive to my pregnancy needs. It's highly recommended for pregnant women and also who are planning to.

I have been attending Tatva Yoga's online classes for the past month right from the convenience of my home. I am highly impressed by the way the classes are taught, their professionalism and their attention to detail while teaching. Even though I am not in the studio, I very much feel I am part of the studio because of the way they pay attention to both - people in studio as well as people online. I always come out feeling rejuvenated and having learned something new after every class. I have been doing yoga for years but since I joined this yoga studio I have already learnt so much more in the past month and they have so much more to offer to help me get deeper into my yoga practice. I highly recommend Tatva yoga for all whether you are young or old, if you are looking to get physically strong or mentally, if you are beginning your yoga journey or wanting to learn more and get deeper into your yoga practice, this is the right place for you.

Excellent environment to do yoga. Definitely everyone has to visit . Reasonable charges and very good facilities online classes also available if we are not able to go to the yoga studio we can attend online. One good thing is if we are not able to attend continuous days if we inform early they will postponed to next month. Excellent teaching people and very kind too

I was not a big fan of yoga before joining here. Joining yoga tatva center changed my perception about yoga. I feel refreshing after every session and start my day on a high. The trainers here are very professional and explain all the aasanaas and the way they effect our body. I suggest this place for beginners

Yoga, I must say yoga is must for every one. Joining tattva yoga class , having yoga experience has changed my personality and I feel proud that I took decision to join this yoga academy and tutors are gurus they help people to understand the perception of yoga and the way they teach yoga is tremendous.
