In this retreat you will get an introduction to yoga in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya, inner work sessions through theatre and reflective art, and mentoring on creative & reflective writing to help articulate the evocations and insights that you get in touch with through your practice. Hari is a transformation coach, facilitator and yoga trainer. He is passionate about working with people and organisations in enabling them to be the best that they can be anchored on Indic wisdom traditions. Hari founded YogaÅ›Äla in 2017 as a location-independent yoga venture to travel and create spaces for ‘Yoga On The Go’. Here he combines his passion for adventure, travel, yoga and storytelling. He has organised numerous yoga retreats across India and abroad, facilitates corporate wellness workshops, and teaches personalised yoga practice in the tradition of Sri. T. Krishnamacharya. He also designs creative workshops blending yoga with storytelling, music, arts and theatre by collaborating with artists from these fields. Hari is part of Ritambhara where he learns Yoga Sutras & Antaranga Yoga under the mentorship of Sri Raghu Ananthanarayanan. He is completing his international certification (IAYT) in Yoga Therapy from YogaVahini under the guidance of Smt. Saraswati Vasudevan. He facilitates many Antaranga Yoga based offerings from Ritambhara and leads corporate leadership programs with Totally Aligned Organisation (TAO). Pragya Bhagat is a spoken word poet, award-winning essayist, and author of two books. Till the age of fifteen, Pragya had never lived in a country for more than three years. She yearns to learn from and live in communities different from my own urban, privileged, English-speaking culture. To this end, she have lived with the Gas Tragedy survivors in Bhopal, in a tiny rural hamlet in Rajasthan, and most recently, in a Kumaoni village for three years. Each experience pushes her to understand new cultures, but more importantly, to understand herself. Pragya's work focuses on the intersections between belonging, body image, and mental health. She facilitates creative writing and poetry workshops and is the founder of The Poetry Circle. Her work has been featured in the BBC, the Huffington Post, Kommune, and The Wire, amongst others. She is the recipient of the 2018 Orange Flower Award, the 2019 Sakhi Awards, and the 2020 Bound Short Story Contest.
